Four Seasons Hong Kong presents a slew of new openings, renovations and updates, with the launch of Argo being one of Hong Kong’s most highly anticipated bar openings of the year. Replacing the beloved Blue Bar, Argo joins the hotel’s line-up of Michelin-starred establishments with a vibrant and welcoming space designed by AB Concept. Based on a conservatory, sleek curvature is accented with small terrariums, lightbulbs and mirrors, merging an earthy, natural landscape with innovative, future-forward twists. This sentiment is also reflected across the thoughtful and innovative cocktail menu, directed by the Four Seasons beverage manager Lorenzo Antinori and supported by head bartender Yvonne Chan.

Argo is a space driven by curiosity...We hope to trigger curiosity, excitement and open a new window on how spirits have been seen traditionally.

Taking guests on an invigorating journey of discovery and innovation, the debut menu titled “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow” spotlights six key ingredients that may become endangered in the future, including cacao, honey, vanilla, apple, coffee and rice. With sustainability ingrained across the menu concept, Argo partnered with local bee farm HK Raw Honey and cacao farm Chocolate Concierge in Malaysia for ethical and sustainable ingredients to create their innovative drinks, while also sourcing honey from their very own bee farm in Hong Kong, which produces mono-floral lychee and longan honey.
