This year, the Poliform aesthetic is perfectly encapsulated by the Adrien table, a new icon for convivial spaces designed by Jean-Marie Massaud. Its magnetic presence stems from a clever interplay of tradition and modernity; while the silhouette feels archetypal, it is made contemporary by the asymmetrical, sculptural positioning of its legs. This rhythmic placement, combined with high-quality finishes, ensures the Adrien remains a versatile centrepiece capable of anchoring any architectural setting.
Complementing this structural rigour is the Owen armchair, another Massaud masterpiece that draws inspiration from Mid-Century aesthetics. The design is defined by a “cocooning” sensibility, where a refined wooden base supports plush, couture-inspired upholstery with organic contours. The armchair’s standout feature is its sculptural backrest, which elegantly folds onto itself like a Möbius strip, transitioning seamlessly into the armrest to create a fluid, harmonious loop of comfort and style.
Poliform’s mastery extends into the culinary heart of the home with the Phoenix kitchen. Born from a design idea that invites supreme freedom, Phoenix is celebrated by designers for its unparalleled flexibility and customisation options. It transforms the technical necessity of a handle into a sophisticated “groove opening” aesthetic, enriching the composition with a light, contemporary style. This linear appearance ensures that the kitchen remains a fundamental element of the user experience while blending perfectly with the surrounding architecture.
In a significant evolution of its presentation strategy, Poliform is shifting away from the traditional Rho Fiera fairgrounds for the 2026 Salone del Mobile. To foster a more direct, immersive dialogue with the design world, the brand is focusing on dedicated, curated spaces within Milan’s city centre.
A cornerstone of this strategy is the new flagship showroom in Piazza della Scala, launching in April 2026. This strategically located space offers an experiential environment that replaces the temporary nature of a trade fair booth with a permanent landmark of luxury. To celebrate this milestone, an exclusive event is scheduled, marking a new era where Poliform’s heritage and innovation converge in the historic heart of Milan.
