Embracing the coastline, the dynamic architecture of WHITESAND COVE blends waves and curves in harmony with biomorphic design, creating panoramic vistas. This exclusive development comprises luxurious villas and low-rise apartments, offering a series of 40 residences for an unparalleled living experience.
The biomorphic architecture of WHITESAND COVE is a celebration of nature’s intrinsic beauty, naturally woven into every aspect of its design. Inspired by organic forms, the structure mimics the curves and textures found in the natural world, creating a harmonious dialogue with nature.
By integrating open spaces into the design, an environment where nature sprawls effortlessly around the structures, encouraging a sense of connection and well-being, will be created. Matt Ng, architect at Ronald Lu & Partners says, “Architecture should flow like water, embracing the landscape while creating spaces that harmonise with nature.”
WHITESAND COVE is designed hierarchically, with low-density villas leading to low-rise towers along the Ho Chung River. This layout facilitates refreshing sea breezes for natural ventilation. Inspired by the movement of water, the architecture features soft, organic forms, including curvy façades and curtain walls, creating a relaxing atmosphere that promotes harmony with nature. The buildings’ colour tones are carefully selected to blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings, enhancing the sense of stillness while the elevated design of the residences maximises scenery and natural light, fostering a deeper connection with the environment.
The interior experience is equally centred around biomorphic design and a resort ambiance, where the design incorporates earth tones, handcrafted details, and contemporary resort aesthetics to evoke an alfresco lifestyle. Natural and refined interiors harmoniously merge with the landscaped views, integrating the spaces between indoor and outdoor. Interior design is a sensorial journey, where the finest materials, textures, and light coalesce to engage our senses, and where a space becomes an expression of the connection to nature. Shares interior designer Frank Leung, founder and principal at via., “I envisioned spaces where nature seamlessly integrates with daily life, creating an experience that is both luxurious and intimately connected to the outdoors, evoking the charm and serenity of open-air living.
