據《BOF》報導,為了讓品牌可以保護創意知識產權的可能性,以及防止廣告欺詐,於是似成 LVMHPrada 集團與歷峰集團旗下的 Cartier 合作。至於甚麼是區塊鏈技術? 從這次三個單位的合作來說明,它旨在為消費者提供更高的產品透明度和可追溯性。

每件產品都擁有一個獨特的數字ID,便於對整個產品生命周期進行追溯。產品證書中也將記錄每筆交易;換句話說,當購買一個單品的時候,你便可以知道它的真偽和設計上的歷史,透明度甚高,能夠吸引消費者購買的時候,同時讓他們放心地在二手市場出售其收藏。

事實上,LVMH 早在前年已經招募專業的 blockchain 團隊,並跟以太坊(Ethereum)開發團隊 ConsenSys 和微軟 blockchain 開發平台 Azure 一直保持密切的合作關係,只是一直保持低調。至於這個計劃不單是為了保護消費者,實際更多是顧及集團的員工利益。

LVMH 旗下擁有 60多個精品品牌,其市面上相關的廉價仿冒商品,從歐盟的成員國來計算,它接近百分之十的總銷售額。鑑於品牌的售利潤減少,變相需要減低員工比例,因而促成大量裁員與嚴重失業的問題。
