又一年格林美落幕！今年剛剛推出新專輯《Renaissance》的流行天后 Beyoncé 毫無疑問將成為今屆格林美的王者之一，先是獲得9項提名，追平格林美史上獲得最多提名的歌手、也是她的老公JAY-Z（今年亦獲得5項提名），夫妻兩人各累積88項格林美提名，成為格林美歷史上濃墨重彩的一筆。當晚她更是一舉拿下「最佳舞曲/電音專輯」等4項大獎，成為格林美史上獲獎最多歌手，共累積32項大獎——再次書寫歐美樂壇歷史！

「年度製作」獲獎者 Lizzo 致敬 Beyoncé：「我曾逃學去看你的演出」
饒舌歌手 Lizzo 今次不僅帶來現場表演，更憑藉單曲《About Damn Time》獲得「年度製作」大獎。發表獲獎感言時，她竟激動地談起本晚另一位主角——Beyoncé對自己音樂生涯的影響：「我曾逃學去看你的演出，你改變了我的人生。你曾帶給我的能量，我想將其傳遞給更多人。你就是我們生命中最偉大的藝術家！」

Kim Petras：「我是第一個獲得這項獎的跨性別者！」
最近掀起話題的 Stan Smith 與跨性別女歌手 Kim Petras 合作單曲《Unholy》獲得了今次的「最佳流行對唱 Best Pop Duo/Group Performance」獎項。二人一起上台領獎時，Stan Smith 特地把發言時間都留給了 Kim Petras ，正因她是格林美史上首位獲獎的跨性別歌手！Kim Petras 激動地感謝了一路以來支持自己的親友，包括兩年前離世的伯樂 SOPHIE。
Harry Styles 也憑藉新專輯《Harry’s House》獲得「年度專輯」及「最佳流行專輯」，並在今晚早時帶來冠軍單曲《As It Was》現場表演。
此外，Adele也憑藉一首《Easy On Me》獲得「最佳流行單曲」。另外，不久前剛剛推出新專輯《Midnights》的 Taylor Swift，則因為錯過9月30日的deadline而只獲得4項提名，惡她毫無疑問再次憑藉音樂短片《All Too Well》獲得「最佳音樂錄像帶」獎項。
