Not many people can say they broke the internet with their acting debut — but Win Metawin Opas-iamkajorn is one of them. The Thai actor etched his name in hearts around the globe with his sunny demeanour and impeccable chemistry with co-star Bright Vachirawit Chivaaree in the BL drama 2gether: The Series, and cemented his status as Thailand’s favourite It-boy with F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers (2021-2022), the Thai remake of the iconic K-drama Boys Over Flowers (2009). Recently, Win garnered attention from the fashion crowd with his appearance at Prada’s Spring/Summer 2023 show and kicked off 2023 by becoming the brand’s global ambassador, making history as the first Thai actor to do so.

However, the actor’s official foray into the fashion scene was no surprise. Beyond the film set, Win is a business-savvy entrepreneur with multiple lifestyle brands under his belt, including his fashion label Velence, which features laid-back wardrobe staples that nod to nostalgia. The DNA of Velence is very much reflected in the 24-year-old’s style, which combines comfort and functionality with a retro flair. His daily fits usually comprise an oversized graphic sweatshirt or lightweight collared shirt with loose-fit trousers, accessorised with a pair of shades or, as of late, the Airpods Max — the sartorial sign of a true Gen-Z.
