Like a true Englishman, Brooklyn’s favourite dish to make and eat is bangers and mash. Besides the traditional British delicacy, he has also experimented with a handful of different cuisines ranging from Japanese to Italian and often takes to Instagram to share his recipes and cooking process.

After spending the majority of his time living in LA, Brooklyn reveals that he dreams of opening his own English pub in the area, one that would give people a taste of his home city. He reveals in a Vogue Hong Kong exclusive, “I haven’t found anything that really reminds me of my favourite pubs in London.”
His first job was at a French cafe

Brooklyn is no stranger to the F&B industry — it turns out that the 23-year-old worked his first job at a French cafe, which, he admitted in an interview with GQ, he was “absolutely horrendous at”. Evidently, he’s now polished his skills and bringing his A-game to the kitchen counter!
He is also a passionate photographer

Apart from his love for cooking, Brooklyn is also passionate about photography. In 2017, he published his photography book “What I See”, providing us with an intimate glimpse of his life through his lens. As the cover star of Vogue Man Hong Kong in 2021, he was also the man behind the camera for his own shoot and took part in producing the magazine’s first-ever digital cover.
He has over 80 tattoos
