Cookie Smiles has whipped up a selection of carefully decorated Easter cookies, made by disadvantaged bakers in Hong Kong. The sweet sugar cookies are available in a variety of glittery, pastel colours in a set of two for HK$80. These cookies are for a cause, with 20% of the brand’s annual profits are donated to the Hong Kong Down Syndrome Association and Splash Foundation.

La Viña x Grace Chan’s yuzu cheesecake

Basque cheesecake connoisseur La Viña has joined forces with Hong Kong actress and avid baker Grace Chan to create a series of limited edition Easter goods. The Yuzu and Red Bean Cheesecake is a notable showstopper (HK$368 for 6”, HK$38 for 3”), with a thick Hokkaido red bean base followed by a light, creamy layer that has been infused with Japanese yuzu peel and juice. The cake is finished with a festive egg nest topping, fashioned from chocolate and yuzu cremeux.
