A.SOCIETY + Maison Kitsuné

1 / 2

A.Society adds yet another brand to their stellar lineup of collaborations. This time, the independent Hong Kong eyewear label has teamed up with Maison Kitsuné, merging our city’s creative pulse with the brand’s distinct Paris-meets-Tokyo DNA. The capsule collection comprises three silhouettes, all precision-engineered in Japan. HIKARI boasts a lightweight metal frame that reinterprets the beloved aviator design, CAMILLE offers a versatile acetate design that strikes a balance between softness and rigidity, and MING screams bold attitude with its sleek, sculptural feel.

A series of accessories including necklaces and pendants complement the collaborative frames, while specially crafted packaging completes the experience. Drawing inspiration from handwritten postcards, each A.Society x Maison Kitsuné pair is housed in a sleeve that unfolds like a letter from Hong Kong, with a “chop” stamped onto its exterior as a nod to traditional Chinese seals. The narrative extends to a limited production of 200 exclusive A.Society x Maison Kitsuné chops that are randomly included in one out of every ten packages. Try your luck!

Maison Margiela reopens at ifc mall

1 / 2

Maison Margiela has pulled back the curtains on its largest location in Hong Kong yet—a new flagship boutique at ifc Mall. Spanning 1,410 square feet, the space reinterprets the brand’s House codes through a material interplay of stained travertine and epoxy resin in stark white throughout the walls and fixtures. On offer are the complete range of both men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, footwear, small leather goods, jewellery, fragrances, and accessories (including the brand’s beloved collaboration with Gentle Monster).

In celebration of the opening, the brand has put together a special installation at the ifc mall podium. Running until April 11, it draws inspiration from the orchestral setting of the Maison Margiela Spring/Summer 2026 fashion show. Mannequins dressed in key looks from the latest collection are staged throughout a podium of various instruments and sheet music stands finished in the House’s signature Bianchetto treatment, while a dedicated QR code enables visitors to compose their own short musical score as a unique memento.

Academy of Love debuts in Hong Kong

Love comes in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes, it’s a tiny boutique on Cat Street. Following the opening of their second flagship store in Shanghai, Parisian brand Academy of Love makes its debut in Hong Kong with a charming store reminiscent of a classic velvet jewellery box. Displayed against a striking red backdrop, the AOL collection is rendered in pure white with discreet pops of red, from cotton-linen shirts with a dangling heart charm to baseball caps and nylon shorts with red embroidered details.
