What you see from the outside does not reflect what’s happening on the inside. But what I do try to do is my best.”

This refreshing honesty doesn’t just define their outlook on life—it’s also at the heart of their ventures beyond acting. Freen channels her creativity and vision into her two brands, Lightnight Candles and ninetytwo. For her, building a business is about more than just success: “It’s about the team: the trust you build together and the growth you share along the way.” Becky, meanwhile, has recently launched Becky Entertainment, a bold endeavour that bridges fashion, music, and entertainment. Through her new venture, she hopes to bring even more joy and surprises to her fans.
Together, Freen and Becky epitomise the multifaceted spirit of a new generation of artists. They are not just exceptional actresses but also visionary entrepreneurs, each carving out a unique path. As they reunite in 4 Elements: The Air and Cranium, Freen and Becky are carving out a new chapter in their careers, telling their story in their own way.
Can you please give us a sneak peek into your upcoming dramas and other projects you are working on?
Freen: In 4 Elements: The Air, my character is a very charismatic police officer. She’s tough on the outside, constantly chasing down criminals and always in control. However, deep down, she is vulnerable and finds it hard to trust anyone. In Cranium, it’s an entirely different world. The story involves real scientific knowledge about anatomy, combined with imagination. It has a lot of sci-fi elements and even includes zombies, so working on both projects has been incredibly fun because both roles are very challenging in their own ways. What drew me to both characters from the very beginning was their sincerity. No matter how big the circumstance is, both of them have such strong hearts and always act with their own sense of purpose.
Rebecca: At the moment, there are a lot of surprises I have in mind. What I can tell you is that next year, there’s definitely a lot of projects for you to look forward to. But for now, I want you guys to follow Becky Entertainment, because it’s the company I established. Here, we focus on fashion, music and acting, and I hope this surprises a lot of you guys!

Having worked together on multiple GL dramas, how have these shows shaped your understanding of love?
Freen: GL has taught me that love is freedom. Everyone should be able to feel love or be loved without hiding, explaining, or worrying about how their love will be. Love makes us soft, more honest with our own hearts, and that’s something I always remind myself of all the time.
Rebecca: What it teaches me is that love can be anything. Love can be anyone, with whoever you feel comfortable with. For me, it’s always about who makes me want to better myself, who I feel comfortable with, who I want to grow with, and who I think is a safe space. Because I feel that the world around us is very hectic, very controlling—it’s a lot at once. So I feel like the person you choose to be beside you should make you feel relaxed and somewhat at home.

What’s one genre you would like to try in the future?
Freen: I really want to try a witch role someday! (laughs) It would be a great challenge for me: my body language, my acting skills, the costumes, and all the small details that come with fantasy characters. It’s a role I would love to take on as a test for myself.
Rebecca: I want to work with the action genre. I think it’ll be challenging, cool, and fun. [Laughs] So if there are any action movies out there looking for someone, you can contact me!

As co-stars and as close friends, what’s one attribute you admire most about each other?
Freen: What I admire most about Becky is her determination and endurance. Every time we work together, I can feel how committed she is to every project. She’s incredibly patient, and seeing how hard she works always gives me energy too. It feels like we lift each other up every time we’re on set together.
Rebecca: We’ve been through a lot together. We’ve been working together for probably about five years, and I’ve seen her through a lot of emotions. She’s really strong, she’s really talented, and she’s really good at what she does. I will always support her in everything that she does, and I will always wish the best for her, and I want her to know that she will always have her little sister looking out for her, no matter what.
Freen, How did it feel to be the first Thai actress to attend the Met Gala? Can you share with us one behind-the-scenes story or fun anecdote from the Met Gala?
It was one of those moments I will never forget. I felt excited and grateful to walk the red carpet at one of the world’s biggest fashion events. A behind-the-scenes moment I remember vividly was when my team and I were cheering each other on in the car right before stepping out. Everyone was nervous and hopeful together. And the moment I stepped onto the carpet… everything suddenly went silent. It was just me trying to catch my breath, feeling proud, grounded, and truly enjoying that night. That’s the experience I will remember for the rest of my life.

Rebecca, how does fashion influence or expand your identity as an artist?
For me, fashion is about having fun, enjoying it, being yourself, and expressing what you want to. What I was taught to believe was that you had to dress and look a certain way under beauty standards. I would say that our generation is beyond that. As the new generation, we should push forward. You should be whatever you want, whatever makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel like yourself, and you should do what you enjoy doing. That’s what I always try to express. People who follow me know that I only wear what I feel comfortable in, and that’s how I encourage others to be as well: confident and comfortable.

Freen, you are also an entrepreneur. Having launched two businesses, Lightnight Candles and ninetytwo, what is the biggest lesson you learned while building your brands from the ground up?
The most important lesson is paying attention to all the details. A small business can only grow when you pay attention to every step, from design and production to the real experience that customers receive. You have to be genuine and honest with your customers and always think about what they want. I also learned that building a brand is never a one-person business. It’s about the team: the trust you build together and the growth you share along the way.

Rebecca, what message would you like to share with your fans who have supported you throughout this journey?
I want to say that I’m very grateful for you guys. Without you, there wouldn’t be me. A lot of you say that I’m an inspiration and that I’m perfect—but there is no “perfect” in this world. What you see from the outside does not reflect what’s happening on the inside. But what I do try to do is my best. I appreciate all the love and your effort, and I always try to give that back to you guys 100% if not more. I always want to work hard to produce work that will make you proud. I want to keep growing and get better each time. I feel so grateful and lucky to have you guys in my life.
