在 Karl Lagerfeld 離世將近第二個年頭，Sébastien Jondeau 在instagram 上發布新書《Ça va, cher Karl?》(英文翻譯：How are you, Dear Karl?) 將會1月27日發行。並邀請了法國《Vanity Fair》前任總編兼《Le Figaro》 首席時尚評論家 Virginie Mouzat 協助 Sébastien Jondeau 完成這本有關 Karl Lagerfeld 的故事內容，更稱奇為「一個關於戰鬥、愛情、欽佩和堅韌的故事」。

當年15歲的 Sébastien Jondeau 正為法國專門搬運18世紀藝術品的家族搬家公司工作，一次與 Karl Lagerfeld 後，便大膽地毛遂自薦跟隨 Karl ，從那天起 Sébastien Jondeau 風雨不改地從未離開過 Karl Lagerfeld 半步。然而長大後其英俊魁梧的身材更擔任 Karl Lagerfeld 男裝廣告模特兒，甚至在 Chanel 時裝展上大放異彩。
