不能否認，今天的時尚界手袋的地位已經從副變正，甚至有展覽特別為手袋而設。

從2020年4月起，一個專門針對手袋的展覽將在倫敦的V＆A博物館展出，深愛手袋的女性請預訂機票。包括旅行箱，手提包，背包，手拿包以及迷你肩背包和更多風格的「包包」，在2020年手袋將接管 Victoria & Albert Museum。成為18世紀藝術品的路易威登行李箱，Fendi的法式長棍baguette  bag、 Karl Lagerfeld 為 Chanel 設計無限趣味的限量版，在展覽都全部有齊。

此展覽將手袋視為時尚物體、功能對象甚至是社交標記，其歷史可追溯到最早的製作技術以及it-bag的普及。每個愛手袋的女性（和男性）都應去參觀！
