iHeartRadio 2021音樂獎昨晚於美國洛杉磯 The Dolby Theatre 舉行，就在分享結婚照的第二天，新婚 Ariana Grande 驚喜登場，與 The Weeknd 同台帶來《Save Your Tears》remix 版本。表演以 The Weeknd 首先開場，然後到中段 Ariana Grande 以一襲紫色禮服優雅現身，最後兩人還來了一個溫馨擁抱。

樂壇小天后 Ariana Grande 戴上多件珠寶首飾，其鑽石婚戒尤其搶眼。據知婚戒由地產老公設計，其珠寶商與製作她的6卡訂婚戒指為同一間。雖然失落年度女歌手獎，但Ariana Grande看來與粉絲一樣興奮，多次飆高音大展歌喉。The Weeknd 在IG上分享部分表演片段，還表示等不及要與 Ariana Grande 一起去巡演。

當晚 The Weekend 則是大贏家，在剛過去的 Billboard BBMAs 頒獎禮共獲得10個大獎的他，今次亦獲得多個重要獎項，包括年度男歌手獎，及以《Blinding Lights》獲得年度歌曲獎。獲獎時，他亦特別感概很久沒有看到現場觀眾了。
至於 iHeartRadio 2021音樂獎的其他獲獎歌手，包括憑《Folklore》獲得年度流行大碟的Taylor Swift；BTS 獲得最佳音樂錄影帶、最佳粉絲軍團獎等。
