隨後英國設計師 Stella McCartney 身穿2023年秋冬系列紅色孖襟西裝上台，做了關於可持續發展和自然的演講，畢竟私底下醉心植物種植的國王，對可持續性發展的領域相當關注，甚至聯手策劃各種保護環境的計畫。「作為一個孩子，曾在蘇格蘭高地看見地球母親的美是多麼遼闊和桀驁，讓我感到興奮。」
同時帶出了查理斯國王對可持續性發展的計畫：「國王陛下在過去50年裏一直養護和保護著地球，他所倡導的希望和行動，能夠透過希望的精神來治癒地球的工作，同時必須團結地做(環保)事業⋯⋯我們需要為子孫後代留下一個安全和可持續的世界。」Stella McCartney 表示。

而 Katy Perry 壓軸表演掀起了全場氣氛，穿上金色禮服的 Vivienne Westwood 大唱經典歌曲《Roar》和 《Firework》。曾2019年於印度孟買會見過國王查理斯，並成功建立友好關係，隨後在2020年更委任 Katy Perry 為英國亞洲信託基金的兒童保護基金大使。
今次為了融入整個加冕典禮，尋找Vivienne Westwood 的幫助，不僅訂製了淡紫色套裝出席早上的加冕儀式，更以18世紀緊身胸衣打造金屬皮革晚裝。以 Vivienne Westwood 2006年春夏系列的新娘造型為藍本，換上鍍金色調徹底地散發出巴洛克式的宏偉氣勢。
