線上是美容品牌一個很重要的平台,不只是用作宣傳產品,也會打造線上商店,在新常態下另開銷售渠道。但英國品牌Lush卻反其道而行,品牌認為他們的產品是幫助別人放鬆、洗滌心靈,不過社交平台卻是他們的「對立面」,會嚴重影響用家的情緒、心理狀態。

品牌創辦人之一的Mark Constantine Obe更加聲明中直言,他們花盡心力避免在產品中加入有害成分,但很不少研究指出,社交平台會令他們的用家「有害」,所以是時候要把社交平台刪除,因此即將關閉了Facebook、Instagram、Snapchat、TikTok,直到這些平台推出一些保護用家的政策。
