2023年度Asia Artist Awards昨夜剛在菲律賓順利舉行，作為韓國娛樂圈的一大盛事，到場藝人超過50組，紅地毯亦是星光璀璨。這是Asia Artist Awards舉辦的第八年，此前也曾到過日本和越南舉辦。
今次大獎，音樂類別方面，「怪物新人」NewJeans再次展現了驚人的人氣和奪獎實力，一舉奪得兩項Grand Prize，還有四項人氣大賞獎，抱走了六個獎項。演員方面，李俊昊再次蟬聯年度演員大獎。
七項Grand Prize大獎，NewJeans、SEVENTEEN各獲兩獎，成最大贏家！
Asia Artist Awards 每年會設置不同類別來頒發獎項，比如最重要的Grand Prize，韓語稱之為Daesang，這部分獎項是含金量最高的，但這部分大獎越來越側重在音樂組別的表彰，像是今年頒發了Album of the Year、Song of the Year、Stage of the Year、Performance of the Year、Fandom of the Year 和 Actor of the Year 這七個獎項，其中六個都和音樂有關，足以可見K-Pop輻射的巨大影響力。

今次的年度演員大獎 Actor of the Year 則再次被李俊昊拿走，他在去年憑藉《衣袖紅鑲邊》拿下了該獎，今年則依靠《王之國》連莊該獎項。除了年度演員大獎外，他還獲得了 Hot Trend 和 Popularity Award 兩個人氣獎，最終入袋3獎。

歌手組別方面，「怪物新人」NewJeans再度展現她們超強的奪獎運，橫掃MAMA和MMA等各大獎項之後在Asia Artist Awards奪下年度歌手和年度歌曲兩個大獎，以及亞洲名人獎、最佳選擇獎、Hot Trend四項人氣獎，共計六枚獎項。

男團SEVENTEEN在奪獎氣勢上面也毫不服輸，主團拿下了年度專輯獎，子團 SEVENTEEN BSS 拿下年度表演獎。Stray Kids 則奪下年度舞台獎。
LE SSERAFIM 奪得最佳歌唱藝人和最佳表演，IVE張員瑛榮獲亞洲名人獎
新人們今年都迸發出非常強勁的勢頭，和 NewJeans 一樣非常年輕的 LE SSERAFIM 今次也拿下不少獎項，比如最佳歌唱藝人、最佳表演、亞洲名人三個獎項。LE SSERAFIM 自出道以來，發片成績都非常強勢，其正規一輯《UNFORGIVEN》發售首日就以102萬張銷量打破此前BLACKPINK締造的首日銷量最高紀錄。

另一個新團 IVE 自出道以來便收獲超高話題度，尤其是成員張員瑛 Wonyoung 因其九頭身完美比例備受青睞。此次 IVE 獲得了最佳歌唱藝人，而成員張員瑛 Wonyoung 則獲得了亞洲名人獎。
