Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas got married at a beautiful, private ceremony at the Château de Torreau in Sarrians in France last weekend. Now, the couple has taken to Instagram to share a stunning photo from their wedding, simply writing “Mr and Mrs Jonas”.

More importantly, the picture revealed that Turner wore Louis Vuitton for her big day. Designed by creative director Nicolas Ghesquière, the white dress featured a cut-out back design, fitted lace sleeves, and an embellished skirt. Ghesquière also shared a more detailed photo of Turner, calling her an “absolute beauty”.

Surrounded by loved ones – including her best friend and former fellow Games of Thrones cast member Maisie Williams – Turner opted for a spring/summer 2020 Cushnie white fitted dress for her pre-wedding party on June 28. Jonas wore a navy and white pinstriped suit. It was the first time Turner had been photographed in the label, which is known for its minimalist and sleek aesthetic. Designer Michelle Ochs left the brand in 2018, which subsequently shortened its name from Cushnie et Ochs to Cushnie, reflecting the name of the remaining designer, Carly Cushnie.

The actor’s sister-in-law, Priyanka Chopra, also gave us some insight into the celebrations via Instagram too. Wearing a metallic floor-length dress, Chopra shared an image of her and husband Nick Jonas standing at the top of a suitably romantic candlelit staircase in the south of France.

The traditional ceremony – Turner and Jonas already tied the knot in Vegas earlier this year – was held at the Château de Torreau. Located between Avignon and Orange, the 18th-century villa is set within 20 acres of private grounds, with the entrance to the main house accessed via a sweeping driveway lined with hundred-year-old plane trees. There’s also a chapel inside the spectacular property.
