Last week at the front row of Chanel’s Fall/Winter 2019 show, a 23-year-old K-Pop star won the hearts (and Instagram feeds) of the Paris Fashion Week crowd. Jennie Kim, the lead singer of South Korean girl group Blackpink, was dressed in a white tweed mini dress as Chanel’s South Korean brand ambassador.

Though Jennie is often called “Human Chanel,” the YG rapper’s style portfolio has included everything from Gucci and Saint Laurent to niche labels such as Marine Serre and Richard Quinn.
