While the runway is where the most spectacular and bizarre of trends are brought to life during fashion season, some might argue that the front row is where the real show happens. This was especially true for Men’s Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2023, which saw the attendance of some of the biggest Asian names in music and entertainment. Notably, South Korean sensations BTS’ V, Blackpink’s Lisa and actor Park Bo Gum made a dazzling entrance in sequins and crystal fringes at Celine’s show in Palais De Tokyo, Paris — to say that their appearance together sent Hallyu fans into a frenzy would be an understatement.

Elsewhere in the City of Light, K-pop powerhouse HyunA made a statement at Loewe’s show with the brand’s one-of-a-kind bracelet pouch and was joined by her fiancé Dawn, who went bold by flaunting an oversized white fur coat over his bare tattooed torso. Other front rows also saw plenty of young, rising talents making an appearance: Netflix breakout actor Song Kang, South Korean boyband NCT’s Jaehyun and Thai actor Win stole hearts at Prada in dapper tailoring, while fresh faces from China such as Ouyang Nana and Zhai Xiaowen showed off their fashion prowess at Givenchy.
