If there’s one actress to look out for in the future, it’s Sadie Sink. The 23-year-old is best known for playing Max Mayfield on Stranger Things, who initially enters the twisted world of Hawkins as the sharp-tongued skater next door. But as we soon learn, Sink gives Max dimensions of emotions, from a troubled upbringing to a traumatised victim of Vecna. I mean, who can forget her running up that hill in season 4? Sink’s performance is widely regarded as one of the most memorable from the entire series, and it’s all because of her nuanced and sensitive acting.
Sink’s natural talents have since brought her to new heights. She has played more mature roles in a wide range of projects outside of Stranger Things, like Fear Street Part Two: 1978, The Whale and Taylor Swift’s “All Too Well” short film. Sink even returned to her Broadway roots with John Proctor is the Villain in 2025, earning her a Tony nomination for Best Actress in a Play. Her next adventures include leading a new production of Romeo and Juliet in London’s West End and an undisclosed role in Spider Man: Brand New Day, coming July 2026. It seems like Sink has a long, successful career ahead of her, and we can’t wait to see where she goes next.
Beyond her acting chops, Sink’s natural good looks has also made her a young fashionista. In 2018, she made her runway debut during Paris Fashion Week at just 15 years old, walking for everyone from Miu Miu to Kate Spade. Her signature red hair has also made her the face of several campaigns from brands like Armani Beauty and Prada. At red carpets, Sink likes to keep things classy and feminine with elegant dresses from Prada and Alexander McQueen. Take a look at our favourite fashion moments from Sadie Sink.
Sadie Sink in Prada
While Sink might have played a tough, aggressive tomboy on Stranger Things, she is anything but that when she wears Prada to events. At her first Met Gala in 2025, Sink wore a black Prada gown with a long train and lace sleeves. She looked extra elegant with her red hair in a messy bun and pearl earrings. Sink also donned a Prada number for the special occasion that is the final Stranger Things premiere. She walked the crimson-red carpet with a silky white, floor-length dress with a cutout to show off her abs and a plunging neckline lined with jewels. This time, she let her hair down but cutely clipped up.
Sadie Sink in Alexander McQueen

Not everyone is as gorgeous as Sink, but even fewer people can flawlessly pull off Alexander McQueen. At the premiere for The Whale during the 2022 Venice International Film Festival, Sink stunned in an Alexander McQueen dress with an embellished bodice that blends into a lilac tulle skirt. What’s even more stunning is that her hair flowed down in natural, wavy locks, matching the ruffles in her dress.
Sadie Sink in Chanel

When Sink dresses in Chanel, she usually keeps it simple and elegant: black dresses with flared skirts and delicate embellishments. But she also knows how to dress up for the right occasion. At Chanel’s 2018 Metiers D’Art show, Sink wore a set of crop top and shorts with matching icy blue sequins that look like an iridescent sheen from afar. But the icing on the cake? Her frosted blue eyeshadow.
