Three-in-one workouts that deliver tangible results fast are something we could all use more of. Pilates works every single muscle in your body and improves your posture while strengthening, stretching and toning your body at the same time. If you don’t want to bulk up, value flexibility, and enjoy graceful workouts, it’s an absolute must. Sweat is kept to a minimum, studios are usually tasteful and teachers are sticklers for details. Pilates took off in Hong Kong in about 2000 and, since then, a few studios have cemented their place as the best in the city. Here are the top spots to crunch, hold and pulse your way to the top, under the guidance of excellent instructors.

Flex

One look at Flex’s founder Heather Thomas Shalabi will have you booking a package here ASAP. Flex has two studios – in Central and Southside – and an incredible roster of talented teachers. Book a trio, bring two friends and add it to your weekly routine.
