Since the age of five, Chef Bongkoch ‘Bee’ Satongun has been preparing classic Thai cuisine, first at home, then at her family restaurant and now at her own Paste Bangkok; famed for melding contemporary techniques with timeless recipes. As the chef says; “My passion is to resurrect age-old Thai recipes and revitalise them for contemporary palates by striking a delicate balance between tradition and innovation.”
For two nights only, Satongun is in residency in Hong Kong, at Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, Man Wah. Here she will will present an exclusive four-hands dinner with Executive Chinese Chef Wing-Keung Wong. Each chef will present five signature dishes, but the menu is only available on 18 and 19 October, so act fast.
