In collaboration with TEEMTONEfai and three local brands, the pop-up brings nine signature creations to life, celebrating Hong Kong’s unique flavours with local favourites such as sour plum soup, dim sum basket, and salted lemon lychee. Until 19 August, guests can indulge on the scoops inspired by old Hong Kong and can choose between three surprise “ice cream mystery boxes”.
