In a new campaign video, Lingling Kwong dances along to the music in a changing room, pairing a simple tank top with high-waisted jeans before throwing on an open denim jacket. Effortless, playful and full of personality, she makes getting dressed look less like a carefully choreographed affair and more like second nature. That is precisely the point of “Feel the Fit”: celebrating the kind of everyday comfort that lets you move, feel and simply be yourself.

Whether she is in front of the camera, connecting with fans or sitting down for this interview, Kwong has a way of carrying herself with an easy composure. In our conversation, she opens up about the everyday staples she feels most comfortable in, and the excitement of attending New York Fashion Week for the first time. She also reflects on her collaboration with Calvin Klein, explaining how the brand’s relaxed, self-assured aesthetic resonates with her personality and lets her be herself, confidently, through every new challenge.

When you hear the name Calvin Klein, what immediately comes to mind?

Denim! What I like most about denim is that it’s easy to match with different looks. Calvin Klein jeans are comfortable but still look cool. Personally, I like to pair them with a basic T-shirt. It’s simple and easy, but it always looks good.

You recently attended the Calvin Klein Spring/Summer 2027 fashion show in New York. What was the most memorable for you?

It was my first time at New York Fashion Week, so I felt really excited and had so many emotions at the same time. Everything was quite overwhelming because there were so many things happening at once.

Calvin Klein launches Fall 2026 collection with the theme “Feel the Fit.” What is the most comfortable outfit combination for you?

My favourite piece would probably be Calvin Klein jeans because they match almost any look. They’re my go-to item that I can wear anytime, and I can style them in so many different ways.

Amid a busy schedule of filming dramas, fashion events and commercial shoots, how do you take care of your body?

I think getting enough rest whenever I have the chance is really important. I also try to stay focused on what I’m doing in the moment and not put too much pressure on myself. I think if you don’t stress yourself too much, everything will come together naturally.

Whether in front of the camera or interacting with fans, you always radiate natural confidence — and the same energy shows in your collaboration with Calvin Klein. How do you achieve that?

I’ve worked with Calvin Klein many times now, from campaigns to fashion shows, and I feel like the brand really understands what I like. It fits my personality very well. Every campaign also gives me something new to try and challenges me in a good way.

You once mentioned that your goal this year is to maintain a state of “continuous learning.” What has been your biggest takeaway so far?

For me, it’s more about being myself and letting people see more of Ling Ling Kwong. I hope people can get to know me more through this campaign, and I’d love to try many more things in the future.
