For the 2026 Met Gala’s “Fashion is Art” dress code, Rosé arrived in a stunning strapless black gown that perfectly embodied the evening’s concept—a Saint Laurent creation inspired by the house’s spring 1998 and spring 2002 couture collections, featuring a distinctive bird motif from Georges Braque’s Louvre ceiling painting. Created with stylist Law Roach and designed by her close friend Anthony Vaccarello (who co-chaired this year’s event), the look transformed fashion history into wearable art. “The placement of the Tiffany and Co. diamond necklace facing the bird’s beak and the shade of how the silver and beads play off each other is just really beautiful,” Rosé noted to Vogue about the finishing touches.
