I.N aspired to be a priest pre-debut 

During an episode of Stay Kid’s reality web-show, SKZ CODE, Seungmin was put under hypnosis. During which, he saw himself in his past life with a rosary and the baptismal name Daniel. On that note, fellow Stray Kids vocalist Seungmin chimed in, revealing that I.N’s original dream was to become a priest. 

I.N is good at singing Korean trot music

I.N grew up in Busan, which is heavily associated with trot music. This genre of South Korean music traditionally highlights intense emotional expression and melancholy. When I.N participated in the music variety show Favorite Entertainment in July 2020, he performed the trot song “Camellia Lady”, taking the chance to showcase his impressive singing skills that had been overlooked at the time. 

I.N. was a sleepwalker

Until elementary school, I.N had been a sleepwalker, walking around and interacting with others with no recollection of his behaviour when he woke up. During an interview with actor Joo Woojae, I.N recounted his three dangerous sleepwalking episodes. 

The first time, he left his house and went to the supermarket. When his Mom heard him leaving, she asked him where he was off to. Despite being asleep, he replied, saying, “Mom asked me to buy ice cream.” The second time, he was looking into his fridge when his brother asked him why he wasn’t in bed. To that, I.N hit his brother and fell back into slumber. The last instance was during an elementary school field trip. I.N had gone to bed first while his friends were playing outside. He suddenly went outside and screamed, “Be quiet.” After his loud proclamation, he went back to bed and slept again.
