Lingling Kwong’s career might have just begun, but she’s already proving to be the next it girl. Kwong gained wide recognition in the Thai sapphic series The Secret of Us opposite Orm Kornnaphat, where she played Fahlada, a dermatologist who later runs her family’s hospital. The series is the first girls’ love series produced by Thailand’s Channel 3, and has won multiple awards, including Most Popular Series at the FEE:D Y Awards. And this year, Kwong reunited with Kornnaphat for another sapphic love story, Only You.

But acting wasn’t always in the cards for Kwong. She was born in Hong Kong to a Chinese father and Thai mother, and lived in Hong Kong until she was 17. Kwong moved to Thailand, where she later went to university to study tourism management. In university, she joined numerous beauty pageants, and was even crowned first runner-up and Miss Photogenic at the Miss Khon Kaen contest. These beauty pageants caught the eye of Channel 3, who put her on as a featured artist. Kwong then made her acting debut with a supporting role on My Forever Sunshine alongside Mark Prin Suparat and Kao Supassara Thanachat. In 2022, she landed her first leading role in Makkali The Love Tree.

And as a beauty pageant veteran, Kwong has had no shortage of fabulous fashion moments. In November, she was announced as a Dior ambassador, along with her costar Orm. She even runs her own fashion label, Always Wonder, a blend of simple, aesthetic vintage styles. From casual streetwear to flattering audiences during Fashion Week, here are Kwong’s most stylish outfits.

Dresses are a girl’s best friend, and Kwong knows how to pick one. For Jonathan Anderson’s womenswear debut for Dior during Paris Fashion Week, Kwong delighted attendants with a simple white dress with floral patterns and tiers. She paired the look with pink open-toe heels with bows and a pink clutch. Kwong certainly showed up like a breath of fresh air in spring.

It seems like Kwong is also interested in fashion history, too. For the Weibo Cultural Exchange Night, Kwong pulled a dress from Christian Dior’s archive – specifically from Spring/Summer 2014. The dress has a black bodice with a crest on it, which has a matching pattern with the skirt: a metallic colour with orange and pink dots. Kwong tied the look together with accessories from Cartier’s Panthère collection.

At the beginning of the year, Kwong made her debut appearance at Paris Fashion Week by attending Dior’s Autumn/Winter 2025 show. For the occasion, Kwong opted for an all-black ensemble: a black jumpsuit with a deep, asymmetrical neckline and leather sleeves, a leather belt, all tied together with matching heels and a handbag.
