If your two lockdown hobbies include binge-watching ’90s sitcoms and making questionable meals for yourself, rejoice! A soon-to-be-released Friends cookbook will allow you to do both at once. The 100-recipe volume – which has been given Warner Brothers’ blessing – features dishes ranging from Rachel’s Beef Trifle to… actually edible food. Written by chef Amanda Lee and described as a “fun homage to the show that’s always been there for you” (seriously), each page will include a recipe from the series along with details about its backstory on Friends (and a suggested episode to watch while you eat, of course).

Included in the preview available on Amazon? A “Just for Joey Fries Board” – a nod to the episode in which Joey refuses to go on another date with Phoebe’s friend Sarah after she keeps stealing his fries. (“Joey. Doesn’t. Share. Food.”) There’s also a recipe for the meatball sub that Joey lunges to protect when a car backfires in “The One with the Ride-Along”. (“Be careful not to over smell all of the mouth-watering goodness; you’ll suck up all the taste units,” the intro warns.)

Due to be included in the finished cookbook, meanwhile? Monica’s recipes for the ultimate Friendsgiving dinner; a cheese dish based on Chandler’s first attempts at slogan writing (“Cheese… it’s milk you can chew”); the Moist Maker sandwich that pushes Ross over the edge after divorcing Emily; and Phoebe’s grandmother’s recipe for chocolate-chip cookies (although you could really just look at the back of the Nestlé Toll House packaging for that one). In short, it’s the best way to eat your feelings about the Friends reunion having been postponed indefinitely.
